This cat was in digging around in a trash can. After it saw us notice it, it ran away.
These guys are tin-knockers, just like Genci - Albanian tin-knockers, only they're actually working in Albania. They were nice enough to let me photograph them. Who knows what they thought my motive was for wanting to photograph them working (outside on a sidewalk in Berat). I was under strick orders not to tell them that my husband was Albanian or an Albanian tin-knocker too.
Where, in times past, the men would entertain their (male) guests, and the women could watch from above.
